DECO'S SERVICES Whether your standards library is a few standards or a few thousand, DECO has services tailored to suit your needs. NOTIFICATION SERVICE This free service notifies the customer by letter whenever a standards they have purchased from DECO has been revised or amended. This free service is an excellent way to keep your standard files current. DECO will also be happy to add any documents not purchased from DECO to your notification file. These letters can also be used for immediate ordering or filed with the revised document for ordering when necessary. DECO's letters are automatically mailed on a biweekly basis. FILE AUDIT This service is a must for companies who wish to comply with ISO 9000. DECO updates your library by matching your personal list of documents against our database in order to uncover those documents which may be superseded or obsolete. You can then maintain your files by utilizing DECO's Automatic Update or the free Notification Service. DECO charges $100.00 per File Audit which can then be applied to the purchase of those documents necessary to bring your library up to date. NOTIFICATION SERVICE DoDISS Documents - This update service encompasses all mil-specs, fed-specs, mil-standards, fed-stds, mil-hdbks, ms/an/and standards, QPLs, CIDs and DESC drawings. Any revised material to documents on your personal update list is sent to you automatically on a bi-weekly basis. Although this service includes only DoDISS documents, our notification letters are sent on a bi-weekly basis to alert you when changes have been made to industry standards on your personal update list. A File Audit is included free of charge with your annual subscription. Annual Fee $250.00 plus $.15 cents per page for DoDISS material shipped. DECO Spec-Bulletin can be added for an additional $100.00 Industry standards quoted on an individual basis. DoDISS Documents & Industry Standards - This service includes all DoDISS, DOD Adopted and industry standards available from DECO's extensive holdings. All standards on your personal update list are sent to you automatically on a bi-weekly basis. A File Audit is included with this service. Contact DECO for quote. The DECO Spec-Bulletin includes US government, US industry, Foreign and International Standards.
